We, at Kala Electrical Industries manufacture electrical accessories, such as Switches, Sockets, Plugs, Holders, Ceiling Roses etc since October 94. Company is managed by person having 35 years of experience in the same field. With our motto of Conceiving new ideas, creating new products & serving our customers honestly, initially we introduced conventional Flush type Switches & other accessories under the brand name of SAFECON (Safe Connections), (Cleak Series) gradually we introduced our Trendy, Plano, Gem & Arc series of switches (All in conventional flush type).

By around December 1999 with a foresight of complete modular system for future we introduced The Choice brand of ultimate modular system with some unique features introduced for the first time in India. Switches, Sockets & other accessories can be installed in modular plates as well as on acrylic / hylam sheet like conventional flush type switches, with decorative screw cover caps giving the double colour look. The Modular Plates are from 1 Module to 24 Modules for ease of installation. The convex shaped plates are available in variety of colours to suit any decor.

In July 2003 we introduced The Choice “KF” series of lifestyle switches for lifelong performance. The entire range of modular switches, sockets, fan regulators, plates etc. are made from 'Lexan' brand polycarbonet powder of GE Plastics Ltd. (U.S.A.). The switches are made with a unique FRICTION FREE SWING MECHANISM (Introduced for the first time in India), a very fast activating mechanism resulting in very low arcing irrespective of connected load, resulting in enhanced switch life. The Switches are with Flat & Convex knobs with very little projection, which complements any decor.
